Dell Inspiron touchpad scrolling question. – Microsoft Community
MarkKitson Created on March 8, I have an Inspiron with Windows 10 Pro and I either downloaded touchpaad drivers off the Dell site or just let Windows do it. Does your touchpad support the newer ‘two finger scroll’ gesture, with the latest driver?
Since your laptop was designed long before ‘gestures’ were even a consideration for a function or feature of your touchpad, I would imagine that any updated driver would replace the old scroll function with the newer ‘two finger scroll’ gesture. Tell us about your experience with our site.

The standard drivers available from Dell have not. It seems that you are doing very well indeed. If you choose to upgrade, some features, applications, and connected devices may not work as delll. The dell inspiron 1525 touchpad scroll works fine, just not the scroll function right side gesture to scroll down or up a window Other than that W10 is working very well.
